Cybernet Expo Opens Registration, Launches New Website
YNOT – Cybernet Expo announced today that the official website for the 2010 show in San Francisco is now active, Early-Bird registration for the show has opened, and hotel reservations are now being accepted. The conference will be held this year from July 8th through July 10th at the Golden Gateway Hotel in downtown San Francisco.
“Announcing the opening of registration is always an exciting time for us,” explained Connor Young, President of YNOT Network, operators of Cybernet Expo. “Early Bird registration runs for one month, and it’s a great way to save a lot of money on your Cybernet Expo badge. Those who register now will get $50 off the online registration rates, and $100 off the prices at the door – and that’s not an insignificant amount to save just for registering now instead of a month from now.”
Young explained that Cybernet Expo has integrated a new system for handling all attendee registrations for the 2010 show.
“We’re using some new software this year, so registering for the show is easier than ever,” said Young. “You can register one person, a group of people, and even log back in later to look up the details of your registration.”
In other developments, show organizers also announced today that they have negotiated the guaranteed lowest room rates with the Golden Gateway Hotel, lowering costs by almost 25% for this year’s show. These rates will only be available to Cybernet Expo attendees.
“We only have a limited number of rooms at the reduced group rate, so they really are on a first-come, first-served basis,” explained Young. “We highly recommend that attendees book their rooms immediately to avoid paying more later on. To get the group rate, just follow the link from the CybernetExpo.com website, or mention group code ‘CSX’ when you call the hotel to make your reservations.”
The company added that now is also a good time for those interested in promoting themselves at Cybernet Expo to contact Jay Kopita, Director of Operations, to discuss the available sponsorship packages.
“I’m seriously pleased with the interest we’ve gotten from sponsors for this year’s show, it looks like we’re getting some major traction in San Francisco,” said Kopita. “We’re just over three months out and we already have more sponsors lined up for this year’s show than we did at this time last year. That’s a really positive sign.”
eMerchantPay has made a big investment into Cybernet Expo 2010, picking up the top Diamond Partner position. HotMovies.com grabbed a Platinum Sponsor package, while PussyCash.com, attorney Eric M. Bernstein and DatingGold.com have all signed on for the Gold Sponsor package. This year’s Silver Sponsors so far include KiwiSourcing.com, Stockroom.com, JuicyAds.com, QuickiClips.com and FreeOnes.com. Exhibitors will be announced closer to the show.
Kopita points out that prices for exhibit tables at this year’s “Show & Sell” market have been substantially reduced to make it easy for any company to participate.
“An exhibit table this year runs less than $500, and it includes your badge to the show – so we’re talking just a few hundred dollars more than simple attendance,” explained Kopita. “Exhibitors get access to free wireless Internet service too, and I’ve seen some shows charge twice as much in one day for Internet access alone as we do for the entire exhibit space plus badge.”
Companies interested in sponsoring or exhibiting should contact Jay Kopita by email at jay@ynot.com, by ICQ at 92418228, or by phone at 512-388-1728.
