Customizable Payment Forms Simplified, Streamlined
TEMPE, Ariz. – FlexForms, CCBill’s customizable payment forms system, exited beta-testing with a stellar record and is available for all clients, a spokesman for the global e-commerce solutions provider said Monday.
According to Gary Jackson, CCBill’s managing vice president of sales and internet markets, the payment flows process in “For instance, merchants are able to present consumers with alternate payment types when necessary, or offer consumers special promotions without having to configure a form for each scenario,” Jackson said. “This automation essentially lets merchants ‘set it and forget it,’ eliminating the need to spend hours creating different forms while still offering the right payment options to all of the various consumers, as applicable.”
Payment flows may be the foundation of FlexForms, but the system includes a number of other features designed to help optimize payments, Jackson said. Visual banner and text customization options, banner and URL libraries to store marketing items, sandbox text environments, enhanced cross-sell and up-sell capabilities, and A|B testing options are among the most notable. Additionally, the forms themselves are responsive, allowing for proper display to any buyer on any device, anywhere.
“We are always looking for new ways to help our merchants,” Jackson said. “The drag-and-drop functionality of FlexForms payment flows not only can simplify things to the point of what used to require creating 12 different forms can now be done with one flow, but it also can provide merchants more time to manage other areas of their business. Whether they want to create a complex flow that automatically runs specials or adds pricing options, or build a more stripped-down flow that presents other destinations for their buyers, FlexForms lets them do it all, and then automate it.”
Clients say they are impressed with the system’s ability to help them increase business-management efficiency.
“The visual, graphic layout of building a payment flow makes things much easier and more intuitive compared to the legacy method of setting up cascading billing,” said Spunkworthy owner Jason. “Once I got in there and started playing around, I was quickly figuring things out on my own. It was also freeing up some time, since the same flow can be applied across the board.”
