Clips Wars Heat Up as Clips4Sale Increases Commissions on Tributes
TAMPA, FL — Clips4Sale is looking for adult studios worthy of “tribute,” and is tempting them with promises of high-percentage commissions.
Competition is heating up in the “video clips” sector of the adult entertainment industry. Clips4Sale announced a change in its commission payout percentages, increasing them to 80% for all “tributes” and “donations” generated by its studios. The change went into effect last week.
“Our 15th year has been amazing, and it’s because of our models and producers,” says company owner Neil. “We want to offer ways for them to make more money to thank them. In addition to increased percentages on tributes and donations, we will be offering higher rev share opportunities and contests throughout the year.”
“Tributes” on Clips4Sale are monetary gifts from fans, allowing them to donate money to a studio without any promise of return value. Some models say they use their tribute button as a means for their fans to order custom clips.
Studios on Clips4Sale.com are essentially producers of adult content who leverage the platform as a marketplace for their original videos. Adult content producers can open a studio at any time, then direct customers to their page to purchase clips. Revenue from clips sales is shared between the studio and Clips4Sale.
