Classic Brands Announces Price Increases
In an email from President Loren Levy, Classic Brands recently announced prices increases for all products under the Classic Brands umbrella. Increases go into effect on May 16, 2022.
“The consumer products industry has been contending with unprecedented cost increases in raw materials, production and transportation,” Levy wrote. “Classic Brands has worked hard to offset these added costs and has absorbed many of these increases over the past year and a half. However, we are now at a point where it is necessary to share some of the impact.”
“Effective May 16th, 2022, we are adjusting our pricing for all products under the Classic Brands umbrella,” Levy concluded, stating that sales representative will be forwarding updated price lists to customers in the next few days.
Additionally, Classic Brands stated that “In our continued effort to protect the value of our brands and loyal brick and mortar customers, we will also be implementing a MAP policy for all products sold on reseller platforms such as amazon.com, jet.com, walmart.com, ebay.com etc. We ask that you notify your customers that our new policy will also take effect May 16th, 2022.”
