Chris Rodger to Direct Sales for Billing Company
MORGANVILLE, N.J. – Payment solutions provider Payze has tapped Chris Rodger, who uses the handle “Evil Chris” on adult industry forums, to lead its sales team. As director of sales, Rodger will oversee all marketing-related activities while continuing to manage affiliates for Sexkey and Mansites, which are owned by one of Payze’s founders.
“I’m very happy and excited to become an integral part of the Payze team,” Rodger said. “Considering my own extensive background in the industry and experience with billing, this feels like a natural engagement for me.”
Rodger is a veteran of the Canadian armed forces and the online segment of the adult industry. He began working with solo-girl websites including CarolCox.com in 1998, following a 15-year armed forces career. After managing the original TripleXCash and TeenRevenue affiliate programs, Rodger segued into a consultant practice for several years before joining longstanding adult verification services Sexkey and Mansites. Payze co-founder Hank Freeman founded and serves as chief executive officer for the two AVSes.
Payze, which debuted in 2009, provides direct merchant accounts and gateway services along with software solutions to support both. In addition to Freeman, the company is owned by two former CCBill executives, co-founder Joel Paulin and Douglas Wicks, who recently acquired an equity stake in the company.

Wicks voiced enthusiasm about the new team member, as well.
