PHOENIX, Ariz. – Industry attorney Chad Belville has assumed the position of chief financial officer and general counsel for gay adult company KaiJack LLC.

Founded in 2008, KaiJack is the parent company of affiliate program KJCash. Earlier this month, the company acquired Badpuppy Enterprises Inc. and its sister company Dog Gone Media Inc. Belville brokered the transaction.

“I am thrilled to have Chad join the KaiJack team full time,” Chief Executive Officer Craig “CJ” Jackson said. “We have worked together on various projects, and he has been my attorney for years. His strong background in internet law and finance will be a significant asset to the company as we grow and expand our operations.”

KJCash currently operates 24 gay websites in a variety of niches including Asian, Latino, fetish, straight guys and twinks. The Badpuppy acquisition added several additional sites and the PuppyCash affiliate program.

“I have worked with CJ for many years and am very excited to join the company in this new capacity,” said Belville. “It takes on even more meaning for me with the acquisition of Badpuppy.com, because that was the first gay porn site I found on the internet back in 1997 when I started my coming-out process.”

Belville, who holds degrees in economics and accounting, has been a practicing attorney since 1998. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, Iowa, several federal courts and courts of appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.
