CCBill Redesigns Website, Client Admin Portal
YNOT – Global e-commerce solutions provider CCBill has unveiled redesigns of its public-facing website and the portal to which clients log in. Both properties feature updated navigation, user functionality and other enhancements, a spokesman said.“We wanted to make things simpler and more benefit-oriented for our current clients and for those new to taking online payments,” said Jake Powers, vice presdient of e-commerce for the Tempe, Ariz.-based company. “The new website moves us more toward that goal, while simultaneously enabling merchants to learn about how our online payment processing solution can apply to their business models and needs.”
CCBill’s web presence also added short, interactive quick guides to help online merchants supplement their e-commerce operations and help capture market opportunities. The mini-tutorials address topics like regional pricing options, customized email communications and electronic invoices.
The updated admin portal offers a new user interface and menu layout, and Powers said the redesigned back-end administration system provides assistance with implementation.
“One of the things we sometimes hear from our current clients is they don’t know how to set up a feature or didn’t know that we offered it,” said Powers. “The new portal layout helps address that, while at the same time showcasing all of the complementary features we provide with an online payment processing solution, and underscoring what is covered on the website.”
