VENICE, CA – Brandi Love’s MILFy goodness has made the record books before, most recently when she received the trophy for 2018 XBIZ MILF of the Year. And now she has the opportunity to win another.

Nominations for the 2018 Spank Bank Awards have been announced and Brandi is up for the flashy title of Magnificent MILF of the Year. Her MILF of the Year status already established, it’s now down to confirming her magnificence, something that is unquestioned by her wide-ranging fanbase.

That fanbase includes comedian Brad Williams, who spent a surprising amount of his recent interview with WRAL.com talking about Brandi. When interviewer Tony Castleberry asked him about a tweet that had mentioned that “a Raleigh-area adult film star contacting you through social media and saying she was coming to your show” and asked if she had shown up, Williams told the tale.

“Brandi Love showed up,” he explained. “I am a now happily married man and at the time, I was engaged so that didn’t happen. If you’re readers are like, ‘You totally hit that, right?’ No, but it was a good time. We went out with her group afterward and hit a bar. I’ll tell ya, everyone deserves to walk around – I don’t care if it’s a Lamborghini; I don’t care if it’s a woman who’s a 10 – you owe it to yourself to walk around in public with something or someone that garnishes that much attention. It’s really cool! The thing is, when I go out with someone who looks like Brandi Love looks, people are confused. They’re like, ‘I don’t know what to look at. Do I look at the midget? Do I look at the boobs? Both are getting my attention.’ I’ve been described by one of my comic friends as the world’s largest keychain. That’s pretty accurate. If your goal is to go unnoticed and blend in, don’t go out with a dwarf or a porn star.”

Brandi not only went to the show and hung out afterwards, she loved Williams’ act and is thrilled with the friendship that has ensued.

“Brad is a friend and amazing talent,” Brandi said. “He was so kind to give me a shout out in that article, which he clearly didn’t have to do. It’s really amazing the unique friendships that are possible via social media. So much is possible now that we couldn’t have dreamed of just a few years ago.”

Brandi points out that there is also a special bond comedy and porn. Comedy has long been an important part of the AVN Awards, for example, and it’s nearly impossible to sit through a night at a comedy club and not hear about porn. Comics like Sam Tripoli have incorporated porn stars into their comedy shows such as Tripoli’s Naughty Show.

“I think porn stars and comedians are both renegades in a way,” Brandi explained. “We don’t live normal lives, we don’t keep normal hours, we don’t have normal jobs. We know what it’s like to go on the road and to expose yourself to an audience in a way that is extremely vulnerable. There are some real similarities there and it’s not surprising that comics and porn folk often become friends. We have a lot in common.”

The Spank Bank Awards will be hosted by Missy Martinez with Trophy Girls Goth Charlotte and Ryan Riesling. “Winners will be announced as soon as we wring every last piece of social media traffic out of this… so in about a week or so,” a statement on IAFD said. The awards are the brainchild of Gabriel Lan, an IAFD contributing writer, and all nominations and winners are decided solely by him.
