LAS VEGAS – NHC Ent Inc., a new firm specializing in web design, identity, graphics and search engine optimization for adult and mainstream websites, , has acquired image gallery site LeGif.com. Details about the transaction were not disclosed.

NHC President Jeffrey Loomis said NHC plans to redevelop LeGif into a modern TGP. At present, the site primarily promotes NHC’s other property, PornBait.com, a tube site launched June 1. The site, which offers free user-submitted adult videos to surfers and advertising spots to adult webmasters, received more than 100,000 unique visitors within the first 30 days, according to Loomis.

Ultimately, he indicated, the company wants PornBait to stand at the nexus of a network of adult websites. In July, NHC started working toward that goal with the launch of TeenBait.com. Other similar sites are under consideration.

“We developed PornBait with the user first, then the network behind them,” he said. “In recent days PornBait.com has upgraded its servers to accommodate the heavy traffic loads it is now receiving.”

Next in line: mobile versions of the company’s sites.

“As we all know, mobile is becoming the bog leader in the adult porn video industry, so having a genuine mobile site is a must,” Loomis said. “We took a look at m.PornBait.com, and it looks easy and fun.”
