AVN, Naughty Tweet Form Social Media Partnership
YNOT – AVN Media Network and Naughty Tweet have entered a joint venture to pursue adult industry marketing opportunities using social media including Twitter, Facebook and MySpace. Naughty Tweet will manage the venture presence on social networks while AVN provides traditional media support through its web and print operations.
According to a joint statement, “The partnership will expand the reach and depth of the social media platforms of both companies’ existing social portfolios, which currently reach more than 200,000 social media followers.”
The joint venture plans to launch a series of initiatives over the coming months, beginning with a “Tweet-A-Day” sponsor program in four distinct verticals which will allow adult industry companies to distribute messages to the Naughty Tweet and AVN social media accounts through a self-service website. The partners expect sponsors to be able to reach general consumers, niche consumers and adult industry businesses to build brand awareness, expand their own social media platforms, distribute information and provide direct links to products and services.
A limited number of “Tweet-A-Day” Sponsorships will be made available on the networks monthly on a first-come, first-served basis.
