August Fetish Nation Event Successful, Promoters Eye More Webmaster Participation
HOLLYWOOD, CA – Give a group of kinky fetish fans their own adult-friendly venue, toss in some high profile adult industry sponsors, hot porn stars and plenty of dance music, and what you get is “Fetish Nation,” a successful night of ill-mannered frivolities that took place on August 8th at the night club Circus in Hollywood, California. Fetish Nation is a joint collaboration between Club Hell and Intense Management.”We had fun,” gushed adult filmmaker JacktheZipper, a man of few words whose fetish photography was on display at the event. Gwen Media and Slain Wayne also had video clips on display, and adult stars present were Zoe Minx, Julie Simone, Regan Reese, Loucious Lopez, Charlotte Vale, and Paris Kennedy.
Sponsors of the event included JacktheZipper and Cobra Films, Hustlerworld.com, Gwen Media, Dungeon Corp., Stockroom, and Fetishnation.com – which oddly enough is merely a sponsor and not directly connected to the organizers of the event.
“Gwen Media actually brought video clips, [and] Stockroom had product giveaways,” said Jay Moyes of Black and Blue Media when asked how sponsors were promoted at the event. “I believe the folks from Dungeon Corp actually performed at one of the VIP areas … it depends on what the sponsor wants to have at the event.”
According to Moyes, the goal is for Fetish Nation to return to Circus monthly.
“The plan is for the event to be at Circus every month. The venue is perfect for what the guests need and the Fetish Nation was planned with Circus in mind,” he told YNOT.
So was this event more for video stars, or is the adult Internet community involved? According to Moyes, the event is starting to trend towards online stars.
“I’m noticing more people actively involved in performances for Club Fetish Nation with Internet sites as opposed to video production,” he told YNOT, mentioning Anastasia Pierce of AnastasiaPierce.com as one example. “There’s a synergy in working with the webmasters performing right at the event. They want to tell all their friends to come see them in-person, we want to give them a spotlight for their websites and talent. With a shift more towards promoting these people, we may be able to get more webmasters involved in the event.”
