Asshole Sentenced for Non-Consensual Recordings of Sex with 80 Men
Dudes… Assholes… It’s interesting that who one enjoys having sex with has no bearing on asshole behavior. Gender, however, somehow might.
(I’m kidding, but I’ll be goddamned if we never hear about women doing this kind of crap.)
A Florida man has been sentenced for producing non-consensual sex media starring himself and featuring unknowing others. The man then used the non-consensual content and clips to populate a subscription website, which he also co-ran.
Fox News recently reported that Bryan Deneumostier, age 34, was sentenced to three years in prison by the federal court in Miami for surreptitiously “producing and distributing pornographic audio and video recordings of himself” while engaging in sexual activity with other men. Deneumostier, a Peru national who used the screen name “susanleon33326,” admitted to recording himself having sex with 150 men. According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), approximately 80 of those 150 men did not know that they were being recorded. One of the victims, who was blindfolded in the clip created without his knowledge, was sixteen.
The DOJ wrote on December 3 that, in many cases, in order to find men for his recordings, Deneumostier would use social media and/or Craigslist to post that he would be hosting sexual parties or encounter opportunities at his residence. In several of these postings, Deneumostier would state he was either a man looking for men (m4m), a transvestite looking for men (t4m) or a woman looking for men (w4m). In most advertisements, he stated he was looking for “young sexy guys.”
“In many of the videos, the individuals, at Deneumostier’s direction, wore a blindfold and restraints and could not see the defendant or the room (or recording equipment) in which they were located,” the DOJ continued.
Deneumostier then streamed his videos via the subscription-based site, straightboyz.net. The DOJ also reported that Deneumostier also sold the videos “to a third party located overseas.”
Deneumostier was arrested in July and has been held in custody since that time. He pleaded guilty in September 2018 to two counts of illegal interception of oral communications and was ordered to serve three years of supervised release following his prison sentence.
