LOS ANGELES, Calif. – APClips, an independent content creator marketplace platform, has announced its Flaming Heart Media x Grooby’s inaugural “Queer Prom: Come as You Are,” which is scheduled for September 4 at the historic Avalon Theater in Hollywood.
“It’s such a wonderful privilege for APClips to support this amazing event,” said APClips founder and CEO, Gavin Lloyd. “We’re longtime friends with Kristel as well as longtime allies to the LGTBQ community and can’t wait to see what they come up with for the Prom.”
“As a queer femme that’s always trying to advocate for queer rights and representation, I’m so incredibly thrilled that APClips can sponsor such a special event,” added Rae Threat, Head of Creator Outreach for APClips. “Can’t wait to see everyone be their true authentic selves at Queer Prom!”
FHM Co-Founder Kristel Penn said the FHM and Grooby are “honored to have APClips as a sponsor of our Queer Prom.”
“I’ve known both Gavin and Rae for years and have deep respect for the work they do as allies of the trans adult community,” Penn added. “I’d like to thank them both sincerely for supporting this community event, even though it’s the first time we’re hosting it.”
