Ask Woody Allen who is no Chippendale model but has certainly hooked it up with some of the hottest women on the planet. But we already know the answer… it’s because he’s FUNNY.

Life is a short ride and not to be all morbid, but we’re all gonna die so live and let live, have lots of sex if you’re lucky, and laugh for Satan’s sake, laugh… LAUGH!
In honor of those that make us laugh this week I talk with Adam Christopher – the insanity behind one of the funniest porn parody companies on the planet – Nerds of Porn.
If you’re not familiar with Nerds of Porn, they make a ton of outrageous, sexy content spoofing mainstream media shows. The names alone will have you chuckling – The Golden T-Girls (based Golden Girls with Trans performers), Porno Things (based on Stranger Things), Jeffrassic Porn (based on Jurassic Park with a Jeff Goldblum inspired lead)… and on and on and on and…
Read on to find out where Adam got his sense of humor, what brought him to the industry and why he leads with his funny bone… pun intended.
What brought you to the industry and how did you get your start?
I have always been a fan of the adult industry since I was a bad teenager watching scrambled porn and the Spice Channel when I shouldn’t have been lol.
I grew up watching a lot of Vivid Entertainment and Wicked Pictures feature movies and in 2012 I started a foot fetish site and created an online character named Tarantino XXX. I then moved onto creating hardcore porn videos with TarantinoXXX.com and Tarantino inspired foot fetish porn parodies.
After that I moved to LA in 2014 and worked behind the scenes as a PA, a camera operator, extra roles, and sometimes I was booked as male talent. I worked on a lot of mainstream sets (Digital Playground, Adam & Eve, Girlfriend Films, Team Skeet) and built up my resume, and finally in 2017 created my own production brands, Nerds Of Porn and THICQ.
What do you enjoy most about producing your films?
I am a flat-out voyeuristic pervert.
I love writing, creating, sex, and expressing that through film. I love the aspect of pre-production, planning, getting on set, hiring the talent, filming my friends having sex, editing, promoting, I enjoy the entire process of it, it’s like an addiction.
Yeah I get tired and mentally exhausted by the end of it but after a rest I just get motivated again to produce and create the next one, and the next one and the next one! I’m on this ride for life.
Where do you get your sense of humor and who inspires you?
I think I got it from my Jewish grandfather’s side of the family.
My Aunt Betty was very humorous and would tell jokes all the time when I was growing up. It passed down to my father and mother a little. We watched a lot of comedy television shows when I was young and that inspired me. As I got older I learned not to take things too seriously and to laugh off a lot in life.
Laughing and humor is a good thing to have, and I enjoy bringing my humor to others to make life fun. Inspirations, from the adult film perspective, directing (Paul Thomas, Brad Armstrong, Kelly Holland/Toni English, Axel Braun, Will Ryder), acting/performer (Steven St. Croix, Jonathan Morgan). Inspirations, from mainstream entertainment, directing (Quentin Tarantino, Steven Spielberg, George A. Romero, Robert Rodriguez, David Cronenberg), acting (Jeff Goldblum, Jim Carrey, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Robert Downey Jr.).
Do you have as much fun backstage as you do on set? Tell us a funny story.
Oh, hell yeah, there is so much fun behind the scenes and backstage!
Oh my gosh, I have so many so many funny stories, from being on a set with Mike Quasar laughing at everything he does and says to spending the night at a shoot house with Rick Garcia (still photographer) on an Adam & Eve feature after filming, to spending the night after filming with Shylar Cobi on a Girlfriends’ Film movie (Shylar worked alongside with one of my porn idols, Paul Thomas for a number of years so I got to ask him a LOT of questions about Paul – he was hilarious).
But the funniest story actually happened earlier this year during the AVN show when we filmed the latest Nerds Of Porn parody feature “The Golden T-Girls.” It was an orgy scene that featured one of my favorite models to work with (Aphrodite Adams), who I worked with multiple times before. She had to play a specific character in the scene and was in character the entire time even during the sex scene, and I couldn’t help but continuously laugh. It was one of the best, funniest times on set, I couldn’t stop laughing when I was editing, and I still laugh to this day about it.
What are your goals for the year?
To keep building my brands (Nerds Of Porn/THICQ) throughout the year into the mainstream as much as I can. I also want to get my name out there and show mainstream porn how talented I am. Last but not least, I want to up the ante with lots of fun ideas for scenes and enjoy the upcoming summer.
