Alleged Drug Dealer Caught with His Pants Down

SOUTH YARMOUTH, Mass. – A Massachusetts teen faces up to 10 years in prison after discovering cops don’t give up easily in big-dick contests … especially when one of the contestants possesses one too many dicks.
Stuffing a hollowed-out plastic penis with 36 doses of a street drug must have seemed like a good idea at the time to 19-year-old Kyle M. McBride. He might have gotten away with the clever ruse had he not apparently hidden the fake phallus next to his biological equipment inside his pants.
According to a Yarmouth Police Department statement, undercover officers with the Massachusetts State Police Cape Cod Drug Task Force arrested McBride after what appeared to be a late-night drug deal in a parking lot at a closed business. During the bust, officers found a bag containing 1.5 grams of MDMA, a hallucinogenic drug known on the street as Molly, in one of McBride’s pockets. Inside his shorts, they discovered another plastic bag containing 11 grams of the illicit drug.
According to the Cape Cod News, “during the search, a rubber penis fell out of [McBride’s] pants. Investigators believe he used it to hide and transport the drugs, Yarmouth Deputy Chief Steven Xiarhos said.”
McBride pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug. In addition to MDMA, Class B drugs include cocaine, crack, LSD and PCP. Under Massachusetts law, conviction of distributing a Class B drug carries a penalty of two and one-half to 10 years in prison and/or a fine ranging from $1,000 to $25,000.
McBride is scheduled for a pretrial hearing Oct. 7.
