afterglow Releases Select AORTA Films Titles to Benefit BIPOC AIC
Austin, TX — afterglow recently announced a special licensing and streaming agreement with award-winning queer cinema studio AORTA Films to help support and raise funds for the BIPOC Adult Industry Collective (bipoc-collective.org).
afterglow released a selected group of AORTA titles on August 9 — Femme4Femme4Femme, Hole Theory, Jawbreaker, soaked and Orgy #001 — with twenty percent of the week’s (August 9-14) subscription revenue going to benefit the Los Angeles-based non-profit aid and advocacy group.
“We are fans of AORTA’s experimental and strikingly independent films, and this creative launch is simply our way of acknowledging these amazing creators” said Lilly Sparks, CEO and Founder of afterglow.
“We appreciate the work that the BIPOC Adult Industry Collective has done so far in such a short period of time, and are happy to support them in the fight against racism, inequality and sexual violence in this business,” Sparks continued.
Launched in 2020, the BIPOC Adult Industry Collective consists of professional adult performers, directors and producers with the shared goal of building and maintaining a safe and prosperous place in which to thrive, regardless of ethnicity, gender or sexual expression.
The afterglow adult network — a mix of erotic original films, articles, essays and how-to guides — inspires its members to openly engage and explore their most intimate, desires, with new membership starting at only $10 a month.
