YNOT – AVN Media Network, publisher of adult entertainment trade journal AVN and organizer of industry trade shows Adult Entertainment Expo, Internext and The AVN Show, has acquired social networking site AdultWhosWho.com, the company announced Thursday.Most recently owned by Mike Dutch’s BANG! Media Group, Adult Who’s Who underwent a comprehensive redesign during the past several months. Dutch said the opportunities created by the site’s increased functionality are a good fit for AVN’s multimedia and trade-show operation. AWW currently lists about 6,000 profiles of companies and individuals in all sectors of the adult entertainment industry.

AWW signed on to sponsor The AVN Show’s inaugural outing, which took place in Hollywood, Fla., in August. The site also is a media sponsor for the Webmaster Access show that will take place Sept. 24-26 in Amsterdam. AVN is assisting with coordination of Webmaster Access.
