Adult Film Star Tasha Reign to Discuss Consent at UCSB’s Alpha Epsilon Pi House
SANTA BARBARA, CA – Adult film star Tasha Reign is heading to the University of California Santa Barbara to discuss consent, sexual boundaries, and more. She will speak at the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house during a special appearance at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7.
Much like her recent panels at UCLA’s and UCSD’s AEPi houses, the event is not open to the public, but Reign and other adult film stars are accepting bookings to speak about consent and provide sex education at higher education institutions nationwide. “I’m very excited to hit Isla Vista and UCSB’s AEPi house to discuss the importance of active consent and how to navigate personal sexual boundaries,” Reign said. “At a time when students are seeing conflicting messages about sex on social media, online sites, television and elsewhere, it’s important to cut through the clutter bring a better understanding of being responsible and respectful. I am very grateful to AEPi for having me and supporting this effort to bring this discussion about consent and responsible behaviors with the opposite sex to campus.”

About Tasha Reign:
Tasha Reign is a dynamic and multi-dimensional star in entertainment. Tasha began dancing regularly at gentlemen’s clubs while pursuing a degree in Women’s Studies from UCLA. The 5’5” SoCal beauty was featured in Playboy 2010’s “Girls of the Pac-10” and named May 2011 Penthouse Pet of the Month. A desire to further explore her sexuality led Tasha to adult films, where she is one of the most sought-after porn stars, appearing in movies for the top studios. Tasha’s acclaimed performances were recognized with a 2014 Female Performer of the Year nomination at the XBIZ Awards and most recently winning the title for Best Website at the 2017 AVN Awards.
In seven years as a performer, Reign has used her porn notoriety to challenge the misconception of women’s treatment and objectification in a business where women’s bodies are their primary currency for use – and potential abuse. Reign has since created her own film company, Reign Productions, launched her own podcast on iTunes, Through My Rose Colored Lenses, regularly lectures on university panels and continues to write articles for publications such as Huffington Post, BroBible, and Galore Magazine to further shatter the negative illusion of an industry that simply serves to entertain.
