A Bit of Oz Moves to San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO – Affiliate program GunzBlazing, part of the AEBN family of companies, has left the country of its birth and relocated to one of the most vibrant gay communities in the U.S.
In making the announcement on behalf of AEBN’s gay division, Raging Stallion and Falcon Studios President Chris Ward revealed the migration from Sydney, Australia, to San Francisco is part of a larger strategy to centralize operations.
“I am very excited to be making this announcement,” Ward said. “The decision to open the new head office and operations center in San Francisco is a key part of a strategy being implemented by GunzBlazing to be closer to the center of the gay adult industry in the U.S. and centralize its leadership and management team.
“I am also pleased to announce that Robyn Way, president of GunzBlazing and a 10-year veteran with the GunzBlazing program, will be leading the new San Francisco-based operations,” Ward continued. “With this announcement, GunzBlazing is completing the first step in a reorganization plan which will be rolled out in the coming months.”
Ward did not comment about whether the move might presage a return to the GunzBlazing program by Raging Stallion’s flagship website, which in September 2012 left the affiliate program Raging Stallion helped found to join sister studio Falcon’s flagship in the Buddy Profits network.
Way, however, indicated other gay sites recently joined the GunzBlazing network, though he declined to name the sites.
“Moving GunzBlazing to San Francisco has been a new breath of life for us,” he said. “Being submerged in the center of the tech universe is incredibly inspiring as we continue to redesign and redevelop our program with our focus on the future and new technologies. Not to mention the fact that San Francisco is one of the gay capitals of the world.
“GunzBlazing will take full advantage of the vast resources and expertise available from AEBN, and will be making a series of strategic investments in launching new sites and improved programs and tools for its affiliate network in the coming months,” he added.
