CARTAGENA, Colombia – LALexpo 2016, Latin America’s only exposition and trade show for the live-cam segment of the adult entertainment industry, won’t take place until July, but already 248 people have registered to attend, show organizers said.

“We haven’t even announced it in our monthly newsletters,” said Anthony AJ, one of the partners who own the event. “This shows that the event will sell out faster than ever.”

The 2015 show will take place at the Hotel Corales de Indias in Cartegena, Colombia. Anthony said the hotel is top-notch.

“We could not have asked for a better venue for this year’s event,” he said. “It is one of the largest and most impressive hotels in Cartagena.”

Among the property’s amenities are a beachfront swimming pool, three hot tubs, a tanning pool, a gym and a spa with four massage rooms. Rooms are spacious and modern; all have large balconies with an ocean view, LCD TV with cable, free WiFi, refrigerator and 24-hour room service. The hotel’s Manglar restaurant offers an international menu, and the Alcatraz Bar provides a sophisticated spot to meet business contacts or simply relax.

The hotel is located five minutes from Cartegena’s Walled City historic district.

“We are honored to be taking over 90 percent of one of the most amazing and popular hotels in Colombia,” Anthony said. “We will basically have the entire hotel to ourselves after reserving 210 of the beautiful 240 rooms.

“If everything works out well with the hotel this year, we will be looking at taking over the entire hotel for next year’s event,” he added.

LALexpo attendees receive special hotel rates: U.S. $100 per room per night. The rate include airport transfers.
