YNOT – While the old song says that if you’re going to San Francisco you should wear flowers in your hair, if you happen to be in the Bay Area March 10-12, 2011, you’d actually be better off wearing rubber and latex. That will be the dress code du jour for the Von Gutenberg Fetish Ball.

According to promoter and publisher Erik Von Gutenberg, “This will be three nights of extreme visual stimulation, especially because of the crowd, which will be dressed to impress. Latex will be the main theme of all nights.”

Von Gutenberg said the event will take place at three venues within the city. Thursday night has been designated “Players Night” and is devoted to rubber fantasies. On Friday, fetish couturier will reign on “Fetish & Fantasy Fashion Night. Saturday’s Grande Fetish Ball with Rubberdoll will cap the weekend.

Presented by Von Gutenberg Magazine, the Von Gutenberg Fetish Ball offers a three-day pass for $65 through Dec. 31.
