12 Years of Stylish Brutality
YNOT – Fetish diva Julie Simone has offered fans an online window into her world for 12 years. To celebrate the 12th anniversary of her primary pay site, she has revamped JulieSimone.com, adding a new tour, more photos and videos, and easier navigation.
The site not only offers new material, but also pays homage to the impressive body of work Simone has created over the past decade-plus. Her talents have been showcased in hundreds of DVDs, as well as on G4TV’s Attack of the Show and in the documentary pilot Dominatrix Diaries. The latter screened at the NYC Television Film Festival and served as the inspiration for a reality TV series set to begin airing on Blip TV this summer.
Simone has taught rope work at a number of fetish gatherings, including ShibariCon, FetishCon, DomCon, BondCon NYC, Threshold, German Fetish Ball and smaller community-based clubs. She has received 14 adult industry award nominations from organizations like AVN and the Feminist Porn Awards. Her title Vicious Strap-on Bitches nabbed the Feminist Porn Award for Hottest Kink Movie.
In addition to JulieSimone.com, she owns and operates several Clips4Sale stores and the websites JuliesBitchBoys.com, SmokingTV.com, POVDommes.com and FootFetishSluts.com.
Simone is not inclined to slow down; her schedule remains as full as ever. Last week, Pure Play Media released Simone’s DVD, Bound Rubber Dolls. A follow-up title, Femdom Fatale, is slated for release May 31. To celebrate, Simone has planned a June 2 DVD release party at Smack! in New York City. June 1-3, she’ll be hosting Washington DC’s Summer Masquerade Ball. On June 15, her movie Skin’s 1st Suspension is expected to screen at the Pop Porn Festival Brazil. Then on June 23-24, she’ll exhibit some of her photography during the Seattle Erotic Arts Festival.
The past 12 years have “gone by so fast,” she said. “With 15 years in the industry now, I’m hoping to garner some lifetime achievement and Hall of Fame awards.”
Simone’s websites are backed by the affiliate program Vicious Cash, which she also owns and operates. The program pays 50-percent recurring revenue share.
