10 Days Left Until Bucharest Summit
BUCHAREST – The organizers of the Bucharest Summit issued a statement today reminding attendees and prospective attendees that only 10 days remain before the 2021 edition of the event kicks off. The team behind the Summit estimates that over 500 people will attend the event, drawn from over 20 different countries around the globe.
In their statement, the Bucharest Summit team noted that Romania is currently “open with no restrictions for anyone holding a Covid Certificate.”
The announcement also highlighted aspects of the show’s schedule that attendees should keep in mind.
VIP limo service from Otopeni Airport to the host venue, the Sheraton Bucharest Hotel, begins on Tuesday, September 7. The same day will feature the conference’s “opening notes,” the Sponsor’s Dinner and the event’s opening party at nuba.
The following day, learning opportunities for attendees will kick off at 11, with sessions dedicated to the question of how to generate major income on cam and fan site platforms, led by some of the industry’s top models and model trainers. Wednesday will also offer a free lunch and all-day pastry stands. The day will be capped off by the LiveJasmin party at OXYA.
The Summit’s final day, September 9, will feature speed networking, additional educational seminars and another round of free lunch. That evening, the Bucharest Summit Awards Gala and Closing Party, which will include a live performance by Alina Eremia, will wrap up the evening.
Attendees are reminded that they need to register at the Sheraton Bucharest Hotel, and in the process present their ticket number, ID and Covid Certificate or Fast Test result. (Fast Tests will be provided free on-site for attendees.)
In order to access any part of the Summit, including the parties and awards gala, attendees must present access wristbands AND either their ID or Registration Badge. The wristbands alone will not be sufficient to gain access.
The announcement also noted that the Closing Party is reserved for awards show ticket holders only – and with fewer than 100 tickets still available, this means that if you’d like to attend the Closing Party, you should get your tickets now.
The announcement also noted that the last remaining hotel rooms are now available at discounted rate. For more information and to book a room, go to bucharestsummit.com/venue. For those interested in sponsoring the Summit, a handful of sponsorship opportunities still remain, including one each of the Awards, Silver and Bronze level sponsorships, as well as limo service sponsorship and dinner sponsorships for the night of September 8.
