Kink.com Assumes Management of Bondage Bank
YNOT – Fetish producers Twisted Factory and Kink.com have signed an agreement under which the latter will manage the former’s affiliate program and marketing campaigns.
The responsibility already has passed to Kink.com for marketing the three affected websites: FuckedandBound.com, ChantasBitches.com and CaptiveMale.com.
Kink.com also will take over the responsibility for managing and paying affiliates as well as developing affiliate tools, leaving Twisted Factory staff free to create more content.
“We wanted to reach a larger audience and make sure that our affiliates are getting the best possible service,” said Twisted Factory co-founder Tony Pirelli. “After the re-launch of the site this past summer, we formed a strategic partnership with Kink’s marketing team that made sense both financially and structurally. With this deal our affiliates will be getting some of the best care in the industry.”
Kink.com will maintain separation between the Bondage Bank program and its 13-year-old Kinky Dollars affiliate program. Nevertheless, Bondage Bank affiliates will deal directly with Kink.com Affiliate Manager Robert Levy and his team.
“We have the largest fetish network in the world,” Levy said. “We have a reputation and an economy of scale that smaller companies can’t match, so a partnership like this makes a lot of sense for both companies.”
Kink.com Vice President John Sander indicated his company sees potential for growth in serving as an outsourcing provider for affiliate management and email marketing.
“Kink gets a lot of attention for our site content,” he said. “But the truth is, it’s our back-end affiliate machine that has allowed us to perform at such a high level. We think that can be a great asset for smaller companies.”
